Returns

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in the same condition as received

  • The product is returned in its original packaging

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds (sale items are non-refundable)


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please use the CHAT button at the bottom left and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return address.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
You will be notified once the refund has been completed.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
We will gladly arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
